Time to celebrate the 2023 season and test that winter training with the Manitou Triathlon! The sprint and Olympic distances have aqua bike options for those who prefer not to run. Distances: Sprint-.5 mile swim, 13.8 mile bike, 3.1 mile run; Olympic -1 mile swim, 27 mile bike, 6.2 mile run. The bike course features gently rolling hills and nice pavement, the run is flat and fast along White Bear lake on paved trails. Finish your event by joining fellow athletes, friends and family at the barbecue.
