Manitou Days 5k

MMRaces has partnered with Admiral D's to kick off the 2026 Manitou Days celebrations with a 5k and kids/parents fun run along the south side of White Bear lake.  (Parents wanting to run the fun run with their kids need to sign up for the Parent's Fun Run. Parents will not get a medal.) This race takes off in Lions Park, runs south past Bellaire Beach to return to Admiral D's for the awards ceremony. Admiral D's will be firing up the grills and offering drink and food specials while you enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and wait to collect your award. A perfect way to kick off the summer fun!
